Sure, there are those that are probably born a little more flexible than other people. But, as the CEO of my company (Brocade Communications) says, “Everyone in the room is probably smarter than me, but I can out-hustle any of them.” (Of course I’m paraphrasing slightly.)

After many months of practicing (slow and with patience), I can now put my foot behind my head comfortably. This is a real rah-rah moment because I wasn’t sure that it was ever going to happen and it did.
