Regular Schedule

Yoga Schedule:

Planet Granite (Belmont)
Saturdays, 4PM-5:15PM
Tuesdays, 6PM-7:15PM (Interim sub until end of November while the regular teacher is out.)

Subbing as much as I can!

Megaformer Schedule:

Core Studio (San Mateo)
Fridays, 6AM
Fridays, 7AM

Megaformer is not yoga! I do it this as a form of strength training since my sports doctor told me I have weak glutes (butt) and a weak back.
