I teach classes that can be challenging. [I told you I was a bit Type-A right? Most people can’t tell since I have been told I hide it quite well.]
It’s challenging not in the sense where I will make you do a hundred chaturangas. It’s challenging because sometimes I will try new asanas and new transitions that you might not get the first time. I want you to laugh when you see the pose and laugh even more when you try it and it doesn’t work the first, second, third time. Or you can laugh at my jokes and stories – because if you don’t, I’m going to laugh even if I’m not that funny.
